PRP/PRF for the skin

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) treatments for the skin are advanced aesthetic procedures that use the patient's own blood to improve the appearance and quality of the skin.
Popular areas for PRP/PRF treatment:
Face (Effective against acne, fine lines, poor skin texture, pigmentation and more)
Eye area
Neck
Decollete
Skin with stretch marks
About the treatment
PRP/PRF treatments utilize the body's natural healing processes and growth factors to stimulate collagen production, improve skin structure, and promote cell renewal.
During a PRP/PRF treatment, a small amount of blood is taken from the patient, usually from the arm. The blood is centrifuged to separate the platelet-rich plasma or fibrin fractions, which contain a high concentration of growth factors and healing substances. This plasma or fibrin is then injected into the skin.

How does it work?
The growth factors found in PRP/PRF stimulate the skin's natural healing processes, resulting in increased collagen production, improved skin elasticity and smoothness, and reduced appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots. The treatment can also help reduce acne scars, improve skin texture and tone, and provide a more youthful radiance.
Consultation: Before the treatment, you will undergo a preliminary examination with our cosmetic nurse to evaluate the condition of the skin, discuss treatment goals and determine if PRP/PRF is suitable. The treatment is done with your own product and you can therefore be treated at once after the consultation and do not have to wait 48 hours before treatment.
Blood sampling: A small amount of blood is taken from your arm.
Plasma/fibrin separation: The blood is centrifuged to separate the platelet-rich plasma or fibrin fractions from the other blood components.
Treatment: The platelet-rich plasma or fibrin is injected into the skin.
Aftercare: After the treatment, you may experience slight redness, swelling, or discomfort, but these side effects usually disappear within a few days.
How many treatments should you have?
The effects of PRP/PRF treatments may vary from person to person and depend on several factors, including skin condition, treatment area, and your metabolism. Generally, you will see improvements in the appearance and quality of your skin within a few weeks of treatment, and results can last up to 6-12 months or longer with regular maintenance treatments.
Maintenance treatments may be necessary to maintain the effect over time, and the interval between these treatments may vary depending on your needs and desires.
