Dermal fillers

Woman before Botox treatment

The most popular areas to get fillers are:

  • Lips

  • Nose (Non-surgical nose job)

  • Chin

  • Cheekbone

  • Jawline

  • Apple cheeks

  • Tear trough (lines under the eyes)

  • Nasolabial folds (extend from nose to mouth).

At posh. we are skilled at treating with non-permanent fillers throughout the face and body, but we are among the few clinics that make an effort in the so-called non-surgical rhinoplasty.

About the treatment

Dermal fillers are a popular non-permanent and non-surgical aesthetic treatment used to treat signs of aging and improve the appearance of the skin. These fillers typically consist of a gel-like substance that is injected directly into the skin to add volume, smooth wrinkles and lines, and restore lost fullness and contour. The most common type of filler is based on hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body and water that helps maintain skin moisture and elasticity. Depending on the composition, different types of fillers are available, ranging from softer fillers used in, for example, finer wrinkles and medium-soft fillers used for, for example, lips, to harder fillers used for, for example, cheekbones and nose.

Lip Botox Injection

How does it work?

During a treatment, the filler is injected with a thin needle or cannula into the desired area of the skin. The procedure is usually quick and relatively painless, and we offer local anesthesia or use fillers that contain an anesthetic to minimize discomfort.

After injection, the filler immediately begins to add volume and smooth out wrinkles and lines in the area. Results are usually visible almost immediately, but full effect may take a few days to develop as some swelling and redness may occur immediately after treatment.

How long do fillers stay in the desired area and how many treatments do you need?

The duration of results depends on several factors, including the type of filler, the treatment area, and each individual's metabolism. In general, the results of hyaluronic acid-based fillers last between 6 and 18 months before being gradually absorbed by the body. After this period, additional treatments may be necessary to maintain the results.

The number of treatments required varies depending on individual factors such as treatment goals, skin condition, and desired outcomes. A series of treatments may be recommended to achieve and maintain the desired results over time.

It is important to schedule a consultation with us before undergoing treatment with dermal fillers. Our qualified and experienced practitioners, primarily Sasha, our cosmetic nurse, will evaluate your specific needs and goals, develop a personalized treatment plan, and ensure the procedure is performed safely and effectively.

The Different Areas:

Lips: Dermal fillers can be used to add volume to the lips, define their shape and contours, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the lips.

The procedure involves precise injections of filler into the lips to achieve the desired look.

Cheeks: Fillers can also be used to add volume and definition to the cheeks, creating a youthful appearance and enhancing facial contours.

The procedure involves injecting filler into the targeted areas of the cheeks to achieve the desired result.

Nose Correction (Non-Surgical Nose Job): With a non-surgical nose job, fillers can be used to correct minor irregularities, humps, and asymmetry on the nose without the need for surgery.

The procedure involves precise injections of filler into carefully selected areas of the nose to achieve the desired shape and symmetry.

Tear Trough (Under-Eye Hollows): Fillers can be used to reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes, restore volume to the tear troughs, and minimize the look of hollow eyes.

The procedure involves precise injections of filler into the surrounding eye area to achieve a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

Chin and Jawline: Fillers can be used to add volume to the chin, define the jawline, and reduce the appearance of a double chin.

The procedure involves precise injections of filler in these areas to enhance facial contours and create a more defined appearance.

Nasolabial Folds:
These are the folds or wrinkles that extend from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth and are a common sign of aging. Dermal fillers can be used to reduce the visibility of these lines by adding volume and smoothing the area.

The procedure involves precise injections of filler into the folds to achieve a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
